A completed application file will include information from each of the following categories:

To the University of Tennessee Graduate School:

1. UTK (printable) Graduate Application for Admission or Online Application
2. A $35 non-refundable application fee
3. GRE Scores
4. TOEFL scores (where applicable)
5. Official transcripts from each institution you have attended
6. Financial statements (where applicable)

To the Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management Department:

1. RHTM Dept. Application Form for Graduate Programs and Financial Assistance
2. Three rating forms (Included with Graduate School application materials.)
3. Personal Goal Statement

To meet deadline for consideration for financial aid , you must have a completed file in the Consumer Services Management Department office by March 1 . Applications are valid for one year.
